DNSE Securities Joint Stock Company (ticker: DSE, HoSE) has announced that January 8, 2026 will be the record date to determine shareholders eligible for the interim cash dividend for fiscal year 2025.

The interim dividend is set at 7%, equivalent to VND 700 per share, with a total payout value of VND 239.8 billion.

The dividend will be funded from undistributed after-tax profits as reported in the Company’s financial statements as of September 30, 2025. The payment date is scheduled for February 25, 2026.

In another development, DNSE has just announced the implementation of the issuance of 85.65 million shares to existing shareholders. According to the previously announced issuance plan, the rights ratio is 4:1, meaning shareholders owning four shares are entitled to purchase one new share. The shares offered in this issuance will not be subject to transfer restrictions.

The subscription and payment period for purchasing shares is from January 15, 2026 to March 3, 2026. The transfer period of subscription rights is from January 15, 2026 to February 25, 2026.

With an offering price of VND 15,000 per share, DNSE is estimated to collect nearly VND 1,285 billion, thereby increasing its charter capital from VND 3,426 billion to nearly VND 4,701 billion.

Regarding the plan for the use of proceeds from the offering, DNSE has decided to allocate the capital as follows: 47.1%, equivalent to VND 604.8 billion, is expected to be used for margin lending activities; 38.9%, equivalent to VND 500 billion, is expected to be used for securities trading advance activities; 6.2%, equivalent to VND 79.8 billion, will be used for investment in bonds; and 7.8%, equivalent to VND 100 billion, will be used for investment in certificates of deposit and other valuable papers.

It is known that DNSE’s largest shareholder is Encapital Financial Technology Joint Stock Company, holding 168.3 million shares, accounting for 49.12% of DNSE’s charter capital. If fully exercising the rights to purchase additional shares, Encapital Financial Technology is expected to increase its ownership to 210.37 million shares.

Similarly, Chairman Nguyen Hoang Giang is expected to increase his ownership from 2.7 million DSE shares to nearly 3.38 million shares if he fully exercises his subscription rights. The foreign fund Pun Elite Fund is expected to increase its holdings from 33.45 million shares to 41.8 million shares.

Regarding business performance, in the first nine months of 2025, DNSE Securities recorded operating revenue of nearly VND 1,023.1 billion, up 78% compared to the same period last year; profit after tax reached VND 263 billion, up 77%.

In 2025, DNSE Securities set a business plan with total expected revenue of VND 849 billion and estimated profit after tax of VND 262 billion.

Accordingly, by the end of the first three quarters, the Company had completed 120.5% of the total revenue plan and 100.5% of the profit after tax plan as set.

As of September 30, 2025, DNSE’s total assets increased by 31.7% compared to the beginning of the year, reaching nearly VND 14,009 billion.

Of which, loans receivable recorded nearly VND 5,750.1 billion, up 48%. Financial assets at fair value through profit or loss (FVTPL) exceeded VND 1,009 billion, six times higher than at the beginning of the year. Held-to-maturity investments (HTM) amounted to nearly VND 3,497 billion.
