DNSE Securities Joint Stock Company (“DNSE”) discloses information on the share transfer transaction by a shareholder to become a holder of 10% or more of DNSE’s contributed charter capital, as follows:
PYN ELITE FUND (NON-UCITS), represented by PYN FUND MANAGEMENT LTD, acquired 36,000,000 stocks from Mr. Nguyen Anh Duc, Mr. Nguyen Tran Anh Khoa, and Ms. Nguyen Thuy Bich Diep. After the transaction, PYN ELITE FUND (NON-UCITS), represented by PYN FUND MANAGEMENT LTD, holds 36,000,000 shares, equivalent to 12% of DNSE's charter capital.
