On March 04th, 2026, DNSE Securities Joint Stock Company (“DNSE”) hereby announces information regarding a technology incident that affected clients’ securities transactions, as follows:

  • Incident details: During the afternoon trading session on March 04th, 2026, several client orders placed between 13:22 and 15:20 were temporarily held in a pending status on DNSE’s trading system and experienced delays in being transmitted to the Stock Exchange.
  • Cause: According to DNSE’s operating procedures, all orders placed through DNSE’s trading channels are automatically checked by the system for buy/sell capacity conditions to ensure compliance with trading regulations before being transmitted to the Stock Exchange. Due to a temporary interruption at this intermediate processing step, the validation process for trading conditions prior to transmission to the Stock Exchange was affected. As a result, some equity and derivatives orders placed during that period appeared in a “Pending submission” status and were not updated as “Submitted” to the Stock Exchange as usual.
  • Remedial measures: DNSE promptly implemented technical measures to stabilize the system and conducted a full reconciliation of all order data with the Stock Exchange to ensure that clients’ order and securities statuses were accurately and completely reflected on the system. The system resumed stable operation at 15:20 on March 04th, 2026, and was fully ready for normal trading in the session on March 5th, 2026.
