1. Notification No. 02/2024/DNSE-CV dated January 10, 2024, on Amendments and Updates to the Initial Public Offering Notification No. 196/2023/DNSE-CV-DNSE dated December 28, 2023.

Reason for Amendments and Updates:
To enhance investor access to the offering and based on the approvals and choices of the DNSE Board of Directors as per Resolution No. 01/2024/NQ-HĐQT-DNSE dated January 10, 2024, DNSE hereby announces additional information in the Notification regarding the designation of share distribution agents as specified in Article 6, Section IV. All other contents of the previously published Initial Public Offering Notification remain unchanged.

2. Resolution No. 01/2024/NQ-HĐQT-DNSE of the DNSE Securities Joint Stock Company Board of Directors dated January 10, 2024, regarding:

  • Approval of the collaboration with DNSE Securities Joint Stock Company's Distribution Agent(s) to execute the company's initial public offering;
  • Approval and authorization for signing and implementing the Share Distribution Agency Service Agreement and other necessary appendices for the offering with VINA Securities Joint Stock Company;
  • Full approval of the amended Initial Public Offering Notification (announced on January 10, 2024).
