By this statement, DNSE announces a correction regarding the appointment of insider members to the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board for the 2025-2030 term, and the dismissal of members of the Board of Directors and Executive Board effective March 26, 2026, specifically as follows:
In case of dismissal/resignation:
Board of Directors Member: Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Hoa
Executive Board Member: Mr. Phan Nguyen Huu Phuong
Reason for correction: Adding a case for the dismissal of insider members in accordance with Resolution No. 01/2026/NQ-DNSE-ĐHĐCĐ dated March 26, 2026 and the DNSE Charter.
