DNSE was honored among the Top 10 securities companies with the best retail services in Vietnam (Best Retail Brokers 2025) at the Vietnam Investment Forum (VIF) 2026, held on November 4, 2025, in Ho Chi Minh City.
This is the first year the program was launched by VietnamBiz, aiming to evaluate the quality and efficiency of retail services offered by securities firms operating in Vietnam. Over the course of a year, with contributions from reputable experts, VIS Rating (Vietnam Investment Credit Rating JSC) and WiGroup (Economic & Financial Data JSC), the project surveyed more than 70 securities companies and ranked 35 leading firms (representing 96% of brokerage market share) to identify the top performers.
The final Top 10 Best Retail Brokers 2025 included: DNSE, TCBS, MBS, Mirae Asset (Vietnam), Pinetree, Rong Viet, SSI, VnDirect, VPBankS, and VPS.

Speaking at the awards ceremony, Ms. Nguyễn Ngọc Linh shared that DNSE has chosen a distinctive path - focusing on technology application to serve customers. Compared to the traditional brokerage model, this approach allows DNSE to be more proactive, faster, and more transparent, though it does come with certain limitations in maintaining personal connection and understanding each investor individually.

According to the Ranking Council, the evaluation framework places innovation capability of securities firms at the forefront, based on factors such as eKYC, e-contracts, conditional orders, statements, deposits/withdrawals, platform integration, model portfolios, trading fees, margin interest rates, effective technology adoption, investor support, market education, knowledge sharing, and data provision.
DNSE achieved a high ranking for its exceptional performance across nine core criteria, leading the industry in technology adoption to optimize the experience of retail investors - the central focus of this ranking.
Specifically, DNSE is one of the first companies in Vietnam to offer 100% online eKYC account opening, allowing investors to register within minutes, while also implementing a lifetime free-trading policy. These two factors enabled DNSE to secure perfect scores in the categories of service accessibility and trading costs.
In parallel, DNSE continues to enhance its trading support features and is a pioneer in applying artificial intelligence to investing. The Margin Deal system - DNSE’s deal-based margin management solution, has been a breakthrough product, enabling investors to manage portfolios transparently, access competitive loan packages, customize margin packages based on personal needs, and, importantly, avoid forced selling of high-quality stocks in their portfolios.
Margin Deal is one of DNSE’s standout products, helping investors manage risk effectively.
In terms of AI features, DNSE also leads the market with AI Orders and the virtual assistant Ensa.
