ENSA is the first virtual assistant tool developed in the form of a chatbot, answering questions and providing investment ideas right on the Entrade X app by DNSE.
The recent AI Awards 2024 honored DNSE Securities with the Breakthrough AI Solution in Finance 2024 award for their virtual assistant product ENSA. The AI Application Product of the Year 2024 award was organized under the guidance of the Ministry of Science and Technology, hosted by VnExpress, in collaboration with the Club of Faculties - Institutes - Schools of Information Technology - Communication (FISU).
The product development team applied AI algorithms, large language models, and knowledge from leading consultants. ENSA has the ability to automatically learn, filter, and update the most concise information about stock codes, macroeconomic news, etc. The chatbot can automatically update market news from reliable sources and send it to investors in real-time. The virtual stock assistant ENSA also helps investors save time, update objective perspectives from data, and avoid emotional factors in trading.
While traditional brokers can only serve 20-50 investors at a time, the virtual stock assistant can serve thousands of customers simultaneously, helping investors save time while allowing securities companies to efficiently save resources.
ENSA, launched just six months ago, has already reached over 11,100 users with more than 135,000 questions, becoming a reliable and effective companion for investors.
The award was organized within the framework of AI4VN 2024 with the theme "Unlocking the Power of Generative Artificial Intelligence". This is an annual event directed by the Ministry of Science and Technology, organized by VnExpress and FPT Online Joint Stock Company, in collaboration with the Club of Faculties - Institutes - Schools of Information Technology - Communication (FISU), starting from 2018. This is the second year the award has been organized, aiming to honor outstanding AI application products and solutions in production and life.
