DNSE Securities Joint Stock Company (“DNSE”) announces information regarding the extension of time to transfer subscription rights, time to register for purchasing and deposit money to purchase shares issued to the public for existing shareholders according to the Decision No. 103/QĐ-UBCK of the State Securities Commission, specifically as follows:

Decision No. 103/QĐ-UBCK issued by State Securities Commission dated February 13, 2026 regarding the approval of the extension of the Certificate of Registration for Public Offering of Shares for DNSE Securities Joint Stock Company;
Resolution of the Board of Directors No. 05/2026/NQ-DNSE-HĐQT dated February 23, 2026 on the adjustment of the timeframe for the transfer of subscription rights, the share subscription period, and the payment period for shares offered to existing shareholders;
Notice of extension of the share distribution period pursuant to the certificate of registration for the public offrering of additional shares of DNSE Securities Joint Stock Company No. 37/2026/CV-DNSE-TGĐ dated February 23, 2026.

Accordingly, the information after adjustment is as follows:

Time to transfer subscription rights: From January 15, 2026 to March 12, 2026.

Time to register for purchasing and deposit money to purchase shares: From January 15, 2026 to March 16, 2026.
