DNSE released its Annual Report 2023 on March 16, 2024. In addition to mentioning impressive business results, DNSE also emphasized its focus on enhancing and developing the company's human resources over the past year.
Human resources are one of the core factors driving business success, so DNSE always prioritizes attracting and nurturing talent within the organization. Besides aiming for leanness, efficiency, and building a minimalist personnel model, DNSE has always focused on creating an environment where members want to contribute and become development nuclei.
In 2023, despite facing challenges and competition in the recruitment market, especially for high-quality personnel and technology staff, DNSE grew its human resources by 58% compared to the same period in 2022, with nearly 100 new hires through diverse recruitment and talent attraction methods.
