DNSE Securities Joint Stock Company (“DNSE”) discloses information regarding the Resolution of the Board of Directors No. 04/2026/NQ- DNSE-HĐQT dated February 12th, 2026 on the approval of the extension of the distribution period for shares offered to existing shareholders.
Specifically:
Extending the distribution period for shares offered to existing shareholders from 90 days to 120 days from the date on which DNSE was granted the Certificate of Registration for Public Offering of Shares No. 488/GCN- UBCK issued by the State Securities Commission on December 15th, 2025, in accordance with Clause 4, Article 26 of the Law on Securities.
